To all of our Prima fans in Florida: Lena Prima will perform at the Taste of Little Italy festival in Port St. Lucie, Florida on Sunday, February 8,2009 from 5:30-7PM Eastern time. Everyone is Italian February 6-8, at Tradition Square at the Taste of Little Italy. Come be apart of this great Italian Tradition on the Treasure Coast. Tradition Taste of Little Italy is a free three-day food festival perfect for the entire family. A day spent at the Taste of Little Italy is like taking a trip to Italy without leaving your backyard. The streets of Tradition will be lined with over 60 vendors serving up your favorite Italian dishes. Enjoy the sweet aromas and taste of Sausage & Peppers, Meatballs, Pizza, Calzone, Baked Ziti, Zeppole's, Italian Pastries, specialty drinks, Italian coffee and wine. There is something for everyone at the Taste of Little Italy, from authentic Italian food to shopping the stores of Tradition and vendors who will showcase all their crafts and goods. This event brings new Traditions to the second annual festival featuring an expanded NY Mets Kids Zone and amusement rides. Bring the entire family out for a fun day and let the children enjoy the New York Mets Kids Zone where the kids can play, meet Slyder the St Lucie Mets mascot, jump in the bounce house, speed pitch machine, hit-away game, NY Mets souvenirs and much more! The stage will be filled with entertainment from jazz to authentic Italian music. Friday, February 6 at 5pm will feature jazz sensation Giada Valenti as she seduces the audience with her Italian jazz vocals followed by The New Paisans at 6pm.
